Late C18/early C19 stucco faced. 3 storeys. Plinth. Coved frieze and
moulded eaves cornice, low pitch gable end slate roof. 3 window symmet-
rical front. Sash windows in wide frames, glazing bars intact. Ground
floor windows altered and enlarged. Central entrance, architrave door-
case with pediment. The Black Horse has a rear elevation to Old Fore
Street 2 storeys stuccoed. 3 flush framed sash windows, glazing bars
intact on 1st floor. Ground floor has plate glass window, a 2 panel door
with rectangular fanlight and large double doors giving access to yard.
