Powell memorial, about 12m south
8/105 west of Lychgate in churchyard of
of the Church of All Saints

Chest tomb, Powell family, late C18 early C19. Earliest
decipherable inscription 1822 on north side. Sandstone. Tent top,
moulded capping with frieze below, high moulded plinth on stone
base, gadrooned quarter balusters. Inscriptions on all sides.
Long sides have moulded rectangular panels with concave corners
carrying single shell motif.
