attached outbuildings

House with attached outbuilding previously shippon with hay or straw loft now
used for general storage. C17 with later alterations. House: roughcast
render, graduated slate roof, end chimneys with C19 paired round shafts.
Central late C19 porch with pitched roof and C20 door, 1 C19 sash window with
vertical glazing bars to either side; 3 early C19 sashes with glazing bars
above. Outbuilding: stone rubble with protruding through stones, graduated
slate roof. Interior of house has cruck truss in West wing; beams with remains
of plaster cornice in living room; C17 staircase with turned balusters. One
bedroom has decorative plaster panel with initials IM1687 and enriched frieze,
second bedroom has fireplace with decorative panel above and enriched frieze.
