GV II

House. Early C19 with late C20 alterations. Brick with hipped
concrete tile roof. C20 rendered plinth, cogged eaves, 2 rear
wall stacks. Windows are glazing bar sashes, mostly with
segmental heads. 3-storeys; 3-window range. Front has 2
windows offset to the left, and above, a single flat headed
smaller window to the left. To its right, 2 blank panels.
Central 6-panelled door with overlight, flanked by single
windows, that to the right with a flat head. Right end, facing
street, has a single central window on each floor. Left end
has 2-storey service wing with late C20 fenestration.
