House, now flats. Early C19. Brick; C20 Welsh slate roof.
3-storeys; 3-window range: C20 central 6/6 sash and 8/8
sashes, all under grooved stucco lintels; 3/6 and 4/8 sashes
over, under timber lintels. Ground floor (formerly Bank
front); rebuilt late C20: two 8/8 sashes and, to right,
square-headed passage to rear, all under grooved stucco
lintels with leaded storey band over. In passageway, former
entrance, now 2-light casement; current entrance, to flats, to
rear. Rear rendered with C20 casements over passageway.
