Early C19 pair of houses treated as one. Stucco; slate roof. Each house
consists of 2 bays plus another set back a little and containing a subsidiary
arched entrance. The houses are connected by a single bay with a carriage
entrance above which, on the band at first floor level, the word 'Villa
Place'. Each house has a rusticated ground floor with door up 3 steps and
within a panelled reveal, and a single sash window. Flat band at first
floor level. First floor with 3 sash windows, that over the subsidiary
door narrower than the floors. Band at eaves level.
