Cottages. C17 to early C19. Brick; steep pitched composite
tile roof; 2-storeys; single-window range: 2-light casement
under timber lintel; dentilled brick eaves; central blocked
entrance has early C20, 2/2 sash, under oak lintel; to right,
early C20 smaller 2/2 sash; to left, C19, 2/2 horizontal
casement, under timber lintel. C17. Timber-frame and brick;
steep pitched composite tile roof. 3-bay plan.
2-storeys; 2-window range: C18 fixed lights with broad glazing
bars under chamfered plate; flanking later, central opening. 2
plank doors, one with light, with fixed light with glazing
bars between, and flanked by fixed lights with broad glazing
bars, one with small metal casement.
INTERIOR: left-hand unit has 1st floor removed; queen strut
trusses with ogee stop chamfers to tie-beams, over probably
C19 partition walls. Right-hand unit contains large bread
oven. C19; rubble to ground floor, brick over; C20 composite
tile roof. 2-storeys; single-window range: 2-light metal
casement in altered opening. Central C19 plank door in
chamfered frame under oak lintel; to left, light with broad
glazing bars under oak plate. INTERIOR: largely intact.
