Outbuilding approx. 30m SE of front door of Yarnton Manor

Outbuilding. Early C17, extended in late C19. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled
stone slate roof. C17 one-unit plan. One storey and attic. Gable end, facing
forecourt of Yarnton Manor (q.v.), has timber lintel over C20 window and moulded
string course over C17 two-light window with central hollow-moulded mullion and
blocked early C17 Tudor-arched doorway with sunk spandrels. Late C19 extension
to rear. Interior not inspected but noted as having C17 chamfered beam. Included
for group value.
