C18 cottage. Painted rubble. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 2-light casements
with glazing bars. Central later panelled with slate steps. Originally
2 dwellings, blocked doorway. New slate roof. Included for group value.

All the listed buildings in The Cliff form a good group on the north side
of the harbour.
