Formerly part of farmhouse, now offices. Dated MD/1738. C20
alterations. Roughcast render with incised decoration; brick
chimney; plain tile roof. South east side: mixed and scattered
fenestration. Plain doorway with moulded plaster wreath in render
over with date. Lean-to porch to left with C20 casement above.
Two-storey lean-to projects to left with small-paned ground floor
sash fenestration.
Interior not inspected. Date wreath is good example of local
tradition in render decoration.
