House, C17 or earlier. W end rebuilt probably in C18 and
extended in C20. One and a half storeys thatched timber frame
plastered house with gabled roof and higher section with 2
central chimneys on W. Modern tiled gabled porch. Dormers with
wooden casements at eaves with thatch swept up over. 3 unit
baffle entry plan with (? service) end rebuilt, higher and modern
kitchen extension to W. Other end now thrown into hall but
central post remains. Interior has axial beam and exposed joists
in hall, possibly of an inserted floor.
