1883, by Martin and Chamberlain, as the master's house to the Icknield Street
School (qv). Brick and terracotta; tile roof. Ground floor with slightly off-centre
door and 2 windows, that on the left narrower than that on the right. First floor
with 2 windows set beneath a centre gable with floral design. All windows sashes
with glazing bars in the upper sashes only and segmental heads on the ground floor.
