Terrace houses. Mid C18. Brown brick with stuccoed ground floors,
slate roofs. No 8 of 4 storeys and basement, No 9 of 5 storeys and
basement. Each of 3 windows wide. Central doorway to No 8 and set to
left hand on No 9, both have architrave cases with cornices on consoles.
Revealed sashes, no glazing bars, under flat gauged arches. 1st floor
plat bands and cornices over 2nd floor, parapets coped. No 8 has
full width early C19 cast iron balcony to 1st floor. No 9 has bowed
cast iron balconettes to 1st floor. Wrought iron area railings.
