first floor. Pantile roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows at first floor. C20
shopfront with off-centre door. First floor sash windows with glazing bars
and rubbed brick flat arches. Paired modillion cornice. 2 dormers. H-plan
chamfered ground-floor ceiling beams.
