Commercial premises. Dated 1907. Brick with rusticated stone
basement storey and dressings and Welsh slate roof. Free
classical style. 3 storeys. Asymmetrical but regular 4-window
range with entrance to right. Round-arched door in pedimented
case with Doric columns on high bases, and 3
segmentally-arched windows with stressed voussoirs and key
blocks. Additional narrow side doorway to right of principal
entrance with date in shield over. Cornice over ground floor;
stone architraves to 1st- floor sash windows with 6-panes in
upper lights. Shallow segmental moulding to architraves of
upper windows. Brackets to modillion eaves cornice. Coped
gables with banded end wall stacks.
