Two houses. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. Three storeys with basement, three bays to each house. Basement lintel band; first floor sill band; top frieze, cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. Entrances have Ionic aedicules (no pediments) and six-panel doors. No. 59 has plain iron area railings and iron first floor balcony. One blind window to second floor. No. 61 has casements to ground floor and central second floor windows. Breeze block area wall.
