House, now friendly society offices, and attached railings.
c1800, with alterations c1875 and late C20. Brick with
rendered basement and painted ashlar dressings, with slate
roof and 2 side wall stacks. Basement lintel band, wooden
gutter and brackets. 3 storeys plus basement; 2-window range.
2 plain sashes on each upper floor, the second floor windows
being smaller. All these windows have slightly cambered
keystone lintels. Ground floor has to right stone steps to a
wooden doorcase with engaged Doric columns and moulded
pediment, with C20 half-glazed door and plain fanlight. To
left, a square wooden bay window with cornice and central
plain sash flanked by single smaller round-headed plain
sashes. Basement has a C20 single-pane window. Outside, plain
wrought-iron area railings.
