House.Probably 1850s. Roughcast,slate roof;left end stack with
brick shaft.
Exterior: 3 storeys. One-window front with deep eaves carried
on paired moulded eaves brackets. Rear lateral stack. Plain,
probably cement, left and right vertical bands, all openings
have similar plain architraves. Blocked doorway to extreme
right, recessed half-glazed C20 panelled door to extreme left.
Each storey has one 20-pane hornless sash.
Interior: Not inspected but may contain features of interest.
Group value with other buildings fronting St Lawrence Green.
