War Memorial

II

War memorial. Completed 1921 to a design by T H Mawson.
Granite and bronze. Of rectangular plan with battered sides,
supporting a bronze lion and with a stepped base inscribed
with the names of the fallen. Further inscriptions to the dead
of the Second World War added on north side.
