Terraced houses, now partly offices. c.1810. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond, mansard roofs of Welsh and artificial slate. Four storeys over basement, two windows each. All openings have gauged brick heads. Round-arched entrance set back under a round arch; No. 22 has moulded doorcase with modillion cornice and fanlight; Nos. 23-25 have reeded engaged columns, modillion cornice, fanlight and panelled doors of original design; No.11 Sebastian Street has reeded engaged columns, modillion cornice and fanlight, probably replacements.

Ground-floor windows round-arched and set back within a round arch; stucco sill band; first-floor windows flat-arched and set back under a round arch; individual iron balconies; second-floor windows flat-arched. 6/6 sashes of original design to Nos. 23 (second floor) and 25, and No.11 Sebastian Street (first floor); original rainwater head between Nos.10 and 11 Sebastian Street. Brick dentil cornice and parapet. Dormers in mansard roof. Area railings with urn standards and spearhead finials.

No 11 Sebastian Street listed 29/9/72.
