Originally part of 1 house with No 10. Under same roof, and right of centre has
a bay similar to that on No 10 with date stone in gable:- A.H., B.H., MDCLXI.
3 storeys, in stone with stone slate roof. 3 finials, as to No lo. Dormer to
left, built down to eaves, One 3-light mullioned window over similar. 5-light
bay has mullions. Plain low doorway off centre to the left.

All the listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
