Boat house at north end of Runnymede Meadows between Windsor Road and River Thames

Boat house. Mid C19 (now owned by Shoreditch College). Yellow stock brick
ground floor. Roof of interlocking Victorian tiling gabled at river end, hipped
at other end. Two storey rectangular plan. Boat house has timber lintol with
red brick relieving arch. East wall divided into eight bays by brick piers with
brick ventilator pattern in each bay. West elevation similar but with 5 windows.
On south end a gabled roofed dormer window on corbelled brick cheeks. Sash
window and grille.
