Lodge. 1876-8 by R. N. Shaw for Richard Henry Combe. Red brick with plain tiled
half-hipped roof under ridge cresting, timber frame to hip-ends with whitewashed
render infill. T-shaped plan, wing at right angles to rear. Single storey on
plinth. Central break to street front under half-hip end,with square bay window
under billeted tie beam of roof. One casement window to either side. Diagonally
placed casement window to centre of hip-end on right hand return front. Door to
centre in re-entrant angle with rear wing.
