2/50 Ladyland Farm House

II

House. Early C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed on rendered and
stone plinth, exposed with brick infill to ends and rendered infill to right of
centre. Plain tiled roof with corbelled ridge stack to left of centre. 2
storeys and attics in large, tile hung C19 gables, diamond pane leaded casement
dormer to right of centre on carved brackets. One 4-light casement window to
left, one 3-light to right of centre and one 3-light casement to right on first
floor. Planked and studded door to left of centre in gabled porch on wooden
supports, framed sides with brick front walls. Pentice roof extension to left,
weatherboarded on top. Square panel framing to rear with restored brick infill.
Interior: Framing visible in walls and ceilings.
