House. Late C16, restored in C20. Timber framed on whitewashed rubblestone
plinth with tile hung cladding, in patterned bands on the gable end. Frame
exposed with whitewashed brick infilling on rear gable end and left hand return
front; plain tiled roof over. At right angles to street. Two storeys and
gable-lit attic with stack to front left on gable, further offset stacks to
left hand return front. Three framed bays. Attic casement windows in gable
ends, one 3-light window on first floor of entrance front. Canted bay on
ground floor with ribbed door to right. Right hand return front (facing yard):-
Irregular casement fenestration with three windows on the first floor and 5
below. Left hand return front:- Irregular fenestration with door to left of
centre in pent-roofed porch between the stacks.
Interior:- substantial frame exposed, although restored.
