C19 brick. 5 storeys brick, with bands at 1st floor, 2nd floor and 4th floor
levels. East front, 4 cambered headed iron windows. 2 tier gable raised
in storey half way up. Side elevation to south, 7 windows. Parapet. Glazed
storey all along, half way up slope of slate roof. A working mill with mill
pond on the River Wey navigation.
