Originally farmhouse, now restaurant. C16 timber frame; weatherboarded on street
front, rendered infill on right hand return front. Plain tile roofs with centre ridge
stacks. 2 storeys; projecting gables to street with casement windows; 2 across the
first floor. Arched plank door under flat hood with carved spandrels to the right;
further door in recessed range to-left with 3 windows to first floor.
'Side facade with twin gables; leaded casements across the first floor. Arched plank
door under flat hood and carved spandrels to the left of projecting entrance porch on
right hand side. Timber frame apparent inside; 2 deep brick fireplaces one with
carved wood lintel.
