House, now offices. Mid to late C18. Red brick. Tiled roof. 2 storeys
and attic. 2 windows. Entrance to right with plain hood. 16-pane ground
floor sash in reveal with gauged brick flat arched head. Two 12-pane
sashes on first floor. Plinth. Close eaves to gambrel roof. Long dormer
added c.1900 by Miss E.Gulland RE, for artist's studio. Multiple left
end stacks. Cement rendered right return. To rear right a full height
hipped wing with a tall staircase sash and moulded timber eaves cornice.
To rear left a lower wing with a broader hip and a first floor sash.
Interior not inspected.
