Coquet Nook Farmhouse

Farmhouse, mid C18. Herringbone-tooled coursed sandstone. Pantiled roof with stone
ridge, copings and kneelers, rebuilt brick chimneys. Hearth-passage plan. Main
house 2 storeys, 2 bays. Set-back downhouse at left 1 storey and attic, 1 wide
bay. Top glazed 6-panel passage door. Modern small-paned casement to left and
2 eaves dormers above. Main house has two 2-light small-paned casements on each
floor. Block kneelers; end chimneys. Interior: has beams with small quarter-round
moulding and one old door; other features modern.
