House, probably early-mid C19. Coursed sandstone; incised rendered west end.
Pantiled roof with stone copings and kneelers, brick and rendered stacks. South
front 2 storeys, 2 bays. Glazed door under pedimented hood on console
brackets. 12-pane sash to right. Paired 12-pane sashes at first floor left,
single similar sash at right. This front overlapped at right by Beachholme
(q.v.). Big curved kneelers. End stacks, left rendered, right rebuilt. Left
return 3 storeys (due to fall of land) 2 bays, under gable. 1-storey projection,
with early C19 12-pane sash, stepped back at right. Narrow bay with fixed
window at left. 8-pane sash of circa 1900 on each floor above; small attic
window at right. 3-storey 3-bay rear elevation has half-glazed door and 2
modern windows on ground floor, replaced 12-pane sashes on first floor and fixed
lights above. Included for group value.
