House. Late C17 and late C18/ early C19. Timber-framed and
weatherboarded with ground floor in red brick, Flemish bond.
Roof peg-tiled. 2 storeys and attic. 3 window range, sashes
with glazing bars. Central doorway with C20 flat canopy on
slender square pillars. 6 panel door, upper panels glazed,
flanked by crudely reeded pilasters. INTERIOR: the house is
2-celled with a central passage and stairs. Binding and
bridging joists confirm this plan to be original though the

floor and chamber fireplace above. The W side has a more
recent stack and C20 outshuts have been added at the back.
