Aqueduct carrying Leeds-Liverpool Canal over River Douglas.1771-72. Engineer John Longbotham. For the Leeds-Liverpool Canal Company. Coursed squared sandstone. Semi-elliptical arch with plain voussoirs and band. Part of one of the earliest trunk canals in the country.
