House, now offices. Late C18, partly refenestrated late C19.
Brick with stone dressings and steep pitched slate roof. First
and second floor bands, moulded brick eaves, coped gables, 2
gable stacks. Windows have segmental heads. L-plan. 3 storeys;
5 window range of glazing bar sashes. Above, 5 smaller
windows, 2 glazing bar sashes and 3 2-light casements. Below,
central 2-leaf fielded panelled door with plain jambs and
glazing bar overlight. To left, a round headed scraper. Plain
open pediment on small brackets. On either side, 2 glazing bar
sashes, the lower lights reglazed with single panes.
