GV II

House, now 4 flats. Mid C18. Yellow brick with red brick
dressings. Slate roof. 3 storeys in 3 bays. Pilasters in red
brick at extremes of elevation, with roll-moulded plinths.
Half-glazed late C20 central door with a canted bay window
right and left. These canted bays rebuilt 1989 and fitted with
2/2 sashes. Doorcase with pilasters, a fluted frieze and an
entablature hood. First floor lit through 3 late C19 two-light
casements and the second floor through one 2-light casement
flanked by a blind window either side. All windows of first
and second floors have rendered surrounds. Plain parapet
raised in centre to form a pediment. Gabled roof with internal
gable-end stacks. INTERIOR not inspected.
