Terraced houses. c.1810. Developed by Henry Leroux. Brown
brick set in Flemish bond, roofs of Welsh slate. Four storeys
above basement except no 47 of which only basement and ground
floor remain; three windows each. Steps up to round-arched
entrance with gauged brick heads, reeded pilaster-jambs of
various designs, cornice, fanlight with decorative glazing
bars, panelled doors of original design. No 47 has panelled

piano nobile proportions, and balconies on brackets, with iron

brick heads. Parapet above second floor, dormers in mansard
roof. Stacks to party walls. Early C19 rainwater-heads on nos
