Town house with later shop. Probably early C19 on C17 site.
Coursed local stone with granite quoins, sills and jambstones
and flat brick arches with stone keys; steep asbestos slate
roof with paired brackets under eaves. Double-depth plan. 3
storeys over hidden basement; 3-window range. Late C19
four-pane horned sashes; house doorway on left with C20 door,
otherwise late C20 shop front. Included for group value.
