A C18 brick front, now painted, with a plinth. 2 storeys and attics. 5 window
range, grouped 2:1:2, double-hung sashes in flush cased frames, the 1st storey
windows have glazing bars and the ground storey are without. A raised stucco
band runs between the storeys. A central 8-panel door with the upper panels
glazed has a good wood doorcase with fluted pilasters, a triglyph frieze
and a cornice. Roof tiled, with a wood modillion caves cornice and 3 flat
headed dormers.
Nos 30A and 32 form a group with Nos 37 and 39.
