House and barn, now house. Mid C18, and C17. Brick; coursed
rubble; steep-pitched slate roof; brick buttress stack to
left. Double-depth plan. Former barn: timber-frame and
plaster; C20 plain tile roof. 3 storeys; 2-window range: 6/6
sashes in moulded cases under segmental arches; 3/3 sashes
over; brick modillion eaves. Central entrance with C19,
six-panel door and plain overlight, flanked by C20 canted
bays, all under pentice roof of Welsh slates, with wood
modillion eaves, on chamfered posts. Parallel range to rear
has reduced buttress stack and 2 battered buttresses; C20
fenestration. Wing to right, formerly barn, has scattered C20
fenestration and part-glazed door.
