Probably early 19th century. 3 storeys. Yellow brick, with gauged flat arches,
painted. Toothed eaves band. Pantile roof (hipped). 3 sash windows with
glazing bars, at 1st and 2nd floors, also 4 blank recesses. Coupled central
entrances to residences, each with door with 2 vertical panels and fanlight.
Ground floor shops at sides. No 4 with wood case. Group value.

Twyford House and Nos 2 and 4 Exchange Square form a group with Nos 1 to 11
(odd) and No 11A Blyburgate.
