Free-standing house, reputed to have been a bank. Late C18. Brick, modillion
parapet cornice, Welsh slate roof. Gabled block with hipped rear extension
for staircase, and large lower wing attached, right. Three storeys, three-
windowed, sashes with glazing bars, under stepped flat arches with projecting
key. Six-panel door with fanlight, flat projecting hood with horizontally
reeded frieze and soffit to cornice projection, on wrought iron brackets.
Stair projection at rear with very long round headed sash with bars; also at
rear, right, C19 canted bay, French doors to balcony with anthemion ornament
rail, and three-light casement. Early C19 staircase.
