GV II

House. Dated 1724. Squared coursed limestone with quoins and coped gables.
Artificial stone-slate roof with moulded stone end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2
storeys plus attic; 2-window range of cross casements with stone flat arches.
Two gabled dormers. C18 six-panelled door within C19 porch with chamfered,
pointed-arch, doorway. Moulded datestone above porch is inscribed in bas-relief:
'S/IA/1724'. Interior: said to have beams, open fireplaces and a spiral
staircase rising to attics.
