Terrace of 5 houses. 1899. By H.A. Matear. Brick with
plaster 1st floor, half-hipped tile roof. 2 storeys, 7
bays; 3rd bays have attic under paired asymmetrical gables.
1st floor has brick strips and band to attic. Ground floor
has segmental-headed windows with triple sashes with upper
glazing bars. 1st floor has 3-light small-paned casements;
2nd and 5th bays have paired lights, 3rd and 4th bays have
2-storey canted 4-light oriels under tile-hung projecting
gables. Paired entrances have flat canopies and plank
doors with glazing to side. 2 cross-axial stacks. Left
return has lateral stack, both returns have entrances. Rear
similar, gabled attic, privies.
