Pair of cottages. Mid C17 with some C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed:
square framing with tension braces and brick infill; right corner and right
return side rebuilt in brick; coursed lias plinth to No.7 and rear. No.6 has
plinth replaced in brick. Corrugated iron roof has gable parapet on right; C20
brick end stacks. Each is one-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range.
Central porch, open to No.6; No.7 has plank door. Mid C20 two-light casements,
paired on ground floor, with glazing bars. No.6 has gabled roof dormers inserted
in 1985. No.7 has box roof dormer has 3-light casements. Left return side has
some weatherboarding to gabie. Rear similar. interior noted as having broad
chamfered beams.
