Late C18, to early C19. 3 storeys. Ashlar, slate roof, eaves. 3 windows,
sashes in reveals, glazing bars. Wrought-iron window guards to 2nd floor.
Late C19 shop front and entrance to ground-floor with overall fascia,
large shop window to left with sash movement, and shop-window to right
with fixed glazing.

All listed buildings in The Shambles form a group with King's Arms Hotel,
Nos 2, 5 and 6 Coppice Hill, Nos 27 to 29 (consec) Silver Street and No
2 Kingston Road.
