House, now 2 dwellings. Late C16 and C18, with later alterations. Timber
frame, with brick cladding (painted at rear), graduated stone slate roof with
brick chimneys. Two storeys and 3 bays facing garden with continuous outshut
to rear, a gabled stair turret rising through the centre of this. Front has
6-panel door and C20 windows all in segmental-headed openings, a blocked
doorway at the right-hand end; rear has similar openings, 2-storey gabled
stairturret with bressumer and horizontal-sliding sash at 1st floor. Three
wheel patterns painted on gable. Chimney on ridge, another at left gable.

Interior: king-post roof truss, with bracing to ridge and some vertical studs
in left end of outshut loft.
