Part of Howick Street development after 1831. Two storeys and 2 Windows each,
stepped down. Ashlar with 1st floor cill band and moulded eaves cornices. Slate
roofs, hipped to Howick Street, with coped verges. Only one ashlar chimney, others
repaired in brick. All now have casement windows, except No 7 which retains its
glazing bar sashes. Plain doorways except for No 13 which has paired doors under
rusticated segmental archway.
