GV II
Former shop and post office; now detached house. Late C18; mid
C19 alterations. Random and coursed rubble limestone; brick
rebuilt chimneys; stone and artificial stone slate roofs. Two-
storey with attic; L-plan. Front: 3-window fenestration, 12-pane
sashes to ground floor, 9-pane above; right sashes are C20
replacements for shopfront. Off-centre doorway with open
pedimented porch hood on shaped brackets, 4-panel door. Two ridge-
mounted chimneys. Roof hipped in south east corner. Rear: mixed
fenestration including some iron casements. Early-mid C19
outbuildings. Interior not inspected.
