Attached former farmhouse. Dated I K I 1733* on lozenge-panel
datestone over doorway, earlier C17 core. Knapped flint and
chalk-block walls, banded, with stone quoins. Ham stone string and
modillion stone cornice. North gable wall has brick to upper
storey. Stone slab eaves and clay tile roof. Brick stacks at
gable ends. Two storeys and dormers. 3 windows, regular
fenestration, 3-light stone mullions (ovolos), 2-light over
front door, iron casements with tension-bars, single glass
pane to each casement. Front door has string returned upwards
over it, plank door with 2 upper lights, C20.
