Early C20. Architect, J A Gotch. One tall storey in channelled, rusticated ashlar with balustraded parapet broken by a centre pediment. Four bays, the outer with cartouches over a door and a window, which flank two round-headed windows below console keystones, which are beneath the pediment, the windows being divided by paired plain attached half-columns, string at cills. Tall plinth. The doorway to the left has attached half-columns and a segmental pediment.
