Early C19. Three storeys, 4 windows. Ashlar, chanelled on ground floor; heavy
cill band to 1st floor, band below chamfered eaves course. Slate roof with 2 yellow
brick chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows, smaller on 2nd floor, with segmental
arches and struck voussoirs on ground floor. The centre of the ground floor breaks
forward slightly for paired doors under segmental archway; 4 panelled doors with
studded reveals. Rain water pine head with Percy Crescent stamped on it.
